You can have as many guest users as you want, free of charge.Virtual user
When inviting members to your workspace, you can choose to add them as a virtual user. A virtual user will not get an invitation to the workspace or have access to it, until an admin or HR converts them to a regular user. It is possible to define a virtual users skills, position, cost and capacity, as well as assign them to teams, projects and tasks.User Interface & Access Control

Action Restrictions
Even if users occasionally see UI elements they don’t have permission for:- Attempting unauthorized actions will trigger clear error messages
- Example: “You don’t have permission to perform this action. Please contact your workspace admin.”
- This provides an additional layer of security beyond UI customization
Data Privacy
We take a multi-layered approach to access control:- UI customization to show relevant options
- Permission checks on all actions
- Strict data access controls at the API level
- Comprehensive audit logging of access attempts
