Title and Description
A clear title and detailed description for each task provide context and clarity. The description supports rich text formatting - to apply rich text features, select a block of text and rich text options will appear, including Bold, Italic, Lists, Code blocks, and different heading sizes. This information helps team members understand the task’s objectives and requirements, reducing the likelihood of miscommunication.Projects
Each task must be associated with a specific project. By default, only projects you have access to are shown. If a project has a customer associated with it, it will be visible in your project list. This linkage ensures that all tasks contribute to the overall objectives of the project.Status
The status property indicates the current state of a task.
